part 2 of answers to ms.ablu's blog

Issue #1
A. World hunger/ Poverty are two issues I chose to research because I think they relate to the topic of not enough education in certain countries. This topic interests me because I can debate on it, and I have strong opinions toward it also.

B. Ten interesting facts or ideas on this issue:
-Many people try to solve world hunger. (Solving World Hunger means solving World Poverty).
-A surplus in hunger leads to a surplus in poverty, as poverty leads to hunger.
-World hunger is a symptom of poverty.
-There are many issues causing hunger, which are related to economics and other factors that cause poverty. (include land rights and ownership, diversion of land use to non-productive use, increasing emphasis on export-oriented agriculture, inefficient agricultural practices, war, famine, drought, over-fishing, poor crop yields, etc.)
-People are hungry not because the population is growing so fast and that food supply is decreasing, but because people cannot afford it. Food may be scarce, but it is international trade, economic policies and the control of land that have lead to immense poverty and hunger and therefore less access to food, not food scarcity due to over population.
-Most people in this world are part of the issue of poverty.
-Not all people that are poor, should be blamed for being poor. They shouldn't be blamed for being lazy or made poor decisions. Their state of being could also be because of the government, and other economic issues.

C. I couldn't see this becoming the only part of my exit project because there isn't much to research. I might write a page, using these issues to back up or add on to the main idea, that would relate to it.

D. A question that I hade durring my reading is: if it is so easy to state the reasons what leads up to poverty and hunger, why hasn't anyone done anything about it? I don't think that just poverty leads to hunger, I think it is more complicated. And, if it is this easy to explain, then why is it still an issue that hasn't it been solved?

Issue #2
A. Another topic I chose to research was Human rights Issues. This is an issue that interests me because I also think this issue relates to Poverty and Education Rights. In some countries, a human right is the right to an education. This is not to be said for all places, sadly.

B. Ten interesting facts or ideas on this issue:
-Racism is all around the world, and is still a big issue today.
-Racism is at different levels, in different countries.
-Women's Rights are different in many countries, they are big issues where religion is law.
-The United Nations Children's Fund, UNICEF, is the main international body dedicated to the rights of every child.
-Children refugees make up for over half of the world's refugees.
-People have sacrificed their lives to fight for a democracy (“rule by the people”) principle that modern civilizations strive to create, or preserve. Democratic principles run in line with the ideals of universal freedoms, such as freedom of speech.
-Media manipulation is sometimes when organizations and governments can feed fake news or political stories to broadcasters who broadcast them as quality news items and journalism.

C. I could see this as part of my exit project. The right to an Education should be a Human Right everywhere. (I am very passionate towards this this issue).

D. A question I had during reading, was is there a difference in human rights in different places? If so, what do they go by? If not, why isn't there a difference, they are different places that go by different morals?

part 1 of answers to ms.ablu's blog

Social justice

What is justice?

Isn’t justice corrupt?

Does everyone follow these universal morals?

Is there a relation ship between recourses and Rights?

Guiding people in judging what is right and wrong

-No matter what culture and society they live in

Work in harmony for common good

"Giving to each what he or she is due." The problem is knowing what is "due".

Social justice is a greater issue that involves people universally,

Justice is an issue that involves people specifically

Social justice is a high level of equality that relates to everyone some how

-in a greater society

They are differences between advantages and disadvantages of a society

Why do some people have, and others not.

Lets make Equality to a greater society

first entry, questions

1. I am most excited about being able to prove a point in my exit project.

2. My biggest fear is not being able to do anything about an issue. I'm terrified of having the feeling of not being important enough to change or doing something in this world we live in. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is important, and everyone should have the power to express their ideas.

3. What I hope to get out of this exit project is to leave the school with my best work as a trace.

4. My advise to myself about meeting my goals is to try my best and don't slack off.
